How do I become a Bass Computers customer?
Click on the “Sign Up” tab at the top of the website. Please fill in all of your information in order to set up your online account. Your account will be on hold at this time. Next, visit our forms section and click on “Become a Reseller”. Download the Complete Customer Sign-Up package and complete the paperwork. Please send the completed application to newapps@basscomputers.com or fax it to 281.776.6725. Make sure to sign Page 6 of 6 of the application is signed and send it in! This page is required for you to set up an account.
What are the benefits to being a Bass Customer?
Bass Customers receive great service, easy online shopping, excellent pricing, and many special promotions and discounts. Once you become a customer, you will be able to view pricing and inventory online.
Can I place an order without setting up an account?
No. Before you can place an order, you must be an approved reseller with us.
If I already have an account, do I need to re-register to view pricing and shop online?
No. If you cannot remember your login and password, please contact your sales representative or email accounting at accounting@basscomputers.com.
How do I check the status of an order?
Click on the “My Account” tab and then click on the “Your Orders” tab. Click the “Recent Orders” tab to view recent unshipped orders and click the “Order History” tab to view recently shipped orders.
How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact your sales rep directly and they will assist you. If they are unavailable, please call 281.776.6700 and one of our staff members will be happy to help!
How do I check the status of my order?
Go to My Account and click on the Your Orders section to view recent unshipped orders and shipped invoices. Shipped invoices can be viewed from the Order History tab.
How can I pay for my order?
Bass Computers offers multiple easy payment options including Wire Transfer/ACH, checks, PayPal or we accept all major credit cards.
How can I return an order?
Please visit the “Support” tab and click on the appropriate RMA form. Once you complete the form, please submit it to RMA@basscomputers.com , and they will be happy to assist you with the returns process based on our terms and conditions.
Is shipping included in the pricing?
No, shipping is not included. We provide you with the shipping cost after your item has been shipped.
What should I do if I receive the Invalid SalesPerson Code when I try to login?
Please email accounting@basscomputers.com., and we will assign you a new sales rep. You will then be able to login or reset your password.
What if I need to add a shipping address and the website says I can only ship to my billing address?
Please contact our accounting department at accounting@basscomputers.com. for approval to add a new shipping address.
What if I would like to change my password?
In order to reset your password, sign in to your account and click on My account. Click on Manage Password. You will then have the opportunity to reset your password.
I was able to login to the old website. When I try to login to the new website, it says “ Your account is on hold, contact customer service”. What do I need to do?
The most common reasons are that you never sent in an application, your sales tax number is invalid, or you have an unresolved accounting issue. Please send your application to newapps@basscomputers.com. If you have accounting issues, need to submit a resale certificate, or you have any other questions, please contact accounting@basscomputers.com.
How do I reset my password if I do not remember it?
To reset your password, click on Forgot Password and you will receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password.
